I. Applicability

It is applied to ready-mixed pumping concrete, commercial concrete, bulked concrete, reinforced concrete, large-fluidity concrete, roller compacted concrete, concrete of bored piles etc.

II. Main performances

1. This product is copper brown liquid or brown powder with a dense of 1.16±0.02g/ml. It is non-toxic, odorless and incombustible, does not corrode the steel.

2. Add RTN-H water reducer with recommended intermingled quantity into the concrete. Its water reducing rate is about 10%.

3. While maintain the same proportion of water and ash, this product can increase the slump from 90-110mm to 200-220mm.

4. The product is applied to various common portland cement, portland slag cement and 42.5-level Ⅱportland cement for producing commercial concrete with a intensity of C30 and under C30.

5. Add proper product into the concrete, so as to improve its intensity, impermeability, anti-freezing, anti-carbonization etc.

6. Select proper intermingle quantity according to different temperatures, transportation distances and so on. It can be used for the whole year.

7. This product has quite good compatibility, while using with U expanding agent, flyash, GGBS etc.

III. Recommended Intermingled Quantity

0.5-1.2% of the total quantity of cementing materials.

IV. Usage

1. Adjust according to on-site materials. Confirm the intermingled quantity after testing.

2. This product can add with water into concrete or add later.

3. Extend the mixing time, while use with U expanding agent.

V. Attention

1. While reserve, cover it with a lid and avoid exposure to sunlight, getting caught in rain or freezing.

2. The guarantee period of the product is one year. If it has exceeded the guarantee period, retest it then use.

VI. Packing

1. 40KG plastic woven bag lined with plastic bag, 50KG plastic drum or 200KG iron drum.

2. The company has special tanker providing home delivery service.
