I. Applicability

1. It is applied to on-site and precast reinforced concrete, prestressed reinforced concrete, flyash concrete, and especially concrete for building roads and bridges.

2. It is applied to high-strength, high impermeability, self-compactability pumping concrete and self-flow grouting material.

3. It is applied to naturally cured and steamed concrete engineering and products.

4. It is applied to common portland cement, portland slag cement, portland-flyash cement and Portland- volcano cement.

II. Main performances

1. This product is copper brown liquid or brown powder with a dense of 1.18±0.02g/ml. It is non-toxic, odorless and incombustible, does not corrode the steel.

2. Its water reducing rate is over 15%. Also, it can remarkably improve the workability, moisture capacity, intensity, bending strength, impermeability etc.

3. It is low air entraining, good delayed coagulation and smaller slump loss.

4. Use 42.5-level common portland cement to make C30-C50 high-strength concrete. Use 32.5-level portland slag cement to make C20-C30 concrete.

III. Recommended Intermingled Quantity

1.5-2.0% of the total quantity of cementing materials.

IV. Usage

1. Adjust according to on-site materials. Confirm the intermingled quantity after testing.

2. This product can add with water into concrete or add later.

3. When prepare the high-strength concrete, pay attention to the quality of mechanical agitating equipment and feeding order.

V. Attention

1. While reserve, cover it with a lid and avoid exposure to sunlight, getting caught in rain or freezing.

2. The guarantee period of the product is one year. If it has exceeded the guarantee period, retest it then use.

VI. Packing

1. 40KG plastic woven bag lined with plastic bag, 50KG plastic drum or 200KG iron drum.

2. The company has special tanker providing home delivery service.
